Orlando very helpful and friendly

I was pierced by Mia and she was absolutely lovely. She explained everything clearly. It was my first time getting pierced and I was quite nervous. Unfortunately, my body reacted a little more intense than I expected (feeling faint, almost vomiting, etc.). Mia handled this super well and made sure I was as comfortable as I could be in that situation. She took great care of me and made sure I was okay before walking out the shop. I really appreciate that she kept reassuring me to not feel ashamed. All in all, I felt very safe. Lovely shop, great staff, would definitely recommend to friends!
